HISTORY
Les Curieux Gourmands opened on August 2nd, 2017.
Here, day after day, we share with you our values, passions, the heat of our twenty seats room and our outside seating area in the heart of Embrun.
Our goal is to offer a healthy cuisine, based on seasonal, local and organic (wherever possible) produce, cooked carefully.
Our menu changes with the season, depending on our producers' offers (4 times a year completely) and the Chef's inpiration.
Our wine list follows this very philosophy with organic, natural or biodynamic wines.
